The staff was great and the view form our room was beautiful. I don’t give high marks because the bathroom need renovations, the hallway is noisy and a lot of road noise. The spa is not worth it. It is €30 per person and you had to do 2hours. I was tired of it in less than an hour The spa has steam, dry sauna, a couple of showers, a salt room and a hot/cold walkway. It is small, some nozzles don’t work and the flooring in some spaces appeared unstable. I booked the hotel based on the spa pictures. Definitely not worth the price. Coffees were great at breakfast but not a fan of cake for breakfast. Hard boiled eggs were mushy.

Hotel is under reconstruction. I wish I was informed about that when booking a room! Luckily for next guest they might expect less outdated rooms because renovation is needed. Originally I had a plan to use the hotel for stay and walk to the town for dinner and wine tasting. The hotel is down the hill from old town! Even if its only 1 km away you would need a car to reach a town to avoid a steep climb to the hills.

The manager and front desk were so nice to us here. We arrived very late and were hungry - well past the closing time for all restaurants in the area. They made some cold cuts and delivered those to us with some cheese, water, bread…it was beyond nice of them. We don’t do many reviews on here but felt this one was necessary. Thank you!

Booked a room to stay here last week and got in at midnight. There was no one at reception. I waited for a while and tried to get the attention of the staff but no one came. Ended up having to sleep on the floor of my friends room. The next morning I spoke to the manager and reception staff and they said there would be no problem having my money refunded. I would just have to get in touch with Expedia and when they contacted the hotel they would okay it. A few days I heard from Expedia saying the hotel had refused it which is just absolutely classic. I phoned and the lovely guy on reception knew about my case but said the director if the hotel had refused to pay me the refund. Literally nothing I can do to get my money back. Just find this behaviour weird.

Excellent value for the price. Super friendly and accommodating staff. Mario in the restaurant was always very friendly and Veronica in the reception was always sweet and helpful with advise, refrigerating our left overs , filling up our water bottles. The rooms are clean and the breakfast has options for everyone like fruit, cake , cereal , boiled eggs .

In general, very old rooms and furniture: terrible bed and pillows, broken shower, no shower curtain, no bedside lamps…

Staff is great but rooms aren't good. No A/C working ( and we asked about it, they just ignore). We hear Lots of noise, there were some bugs inside, curtains were a bit dirty and there were spiderwebs in the ceiling. Breakfast was a bit poor (it had Lots of cakes but almost no bread). Nice restaurant, though.

The view is quite good, the hotel is very fancy for the price they offer, the rooms are clean and beautifully decorated. I had to study (on the balcony) till midnight due to the exam session - a staff member saw me a brought us a free chocolate dessert his boss cooked 🥰
